In the Kaskyrsai canyon there is the Ungirtas cave or as it is named also the cave “Shelter”.
It is really unique creation of the nature.
The entrance height makes approximately 25 meters; the cave goes deep inside twenty meters.
Under the assumption of paleontologists here the small tribe of people could live in days of the Stone Age, as walls are ground very carefully and stones are stacked unnaturally. Earlier shepherds were hidden in the cave from the rain and snows.
And the flock of 500 sheep went into it fully. Sometimes wild goats wander into Ungirtas.
