Three caves in Karkaraly.
Excursions to Karkaraly park.
“O Karkaraly, the mountainous region is welcome,
I am wrapped in sorrow, as you are in the mists.
In Sary-Arka I, like a saiga in the desert,
I live alone, alien and unwanted"
Madi "Ushkara."

Three caves or "Cave of the primitive man", located in the tract Maliksai, 3 km from the city of Karkaraly in the national natural park Karkaraly in the Karkaraly region of the Karaganda region. The path to the cave goes past the edge of the forest.
Through a narrow mountain gorge Tasbulak with steep walls, a stream runs along the bottom, and rare pines cling to the cracks along the slopes. This is a small stone canyon made of granite slabs and three entrance holes in the dungeon.
The extreme caves are small in size, in cells - niches barely - can barely accommodate only 2 - 3 people. You have to get into the central underground passage on all fours - its height is only one meter, but after passing a few steps you can straighten up in full growth.
The right passage leads to a room with natural shelves and niches, and the left through a low opening to another room. This is a kind of large hall, in the middle of it, water once accumulated, forming a small pond. The ceiling is raised up to 3 - 4 meters.
Here you do not feel stuffiness in the hottest days. In 1947, employees of the Karaganda Regional Museum discovered scrapers and bones of domestic animals. In 3 rooms with a total area of 35 - 40 sq.m. could accommodate 10 - 12 people. Until 1947, the caves in the tract Maliksai did not have a specific name.
But when, during its inspection, employees of the Karaganda Regional Museum discovered scrapers and bones of domestic animals, they began to call this place the site of a man of the new - Stone and Bronze Ages.
