Sights of the depression of Zhygylgan.

Lake Kuzdakary is located in the northeastern part of the Zhygylgan depression, in the northwestern part of the Tyub-Karagan peninsula, 2.2 kilometers southeast of Cape Zhygylgan, 46.6 kilometers to the east and slightly north of the village of Bautino in the Tupkaragan region Mangystau region.
The lake is located at an altitude of 5.3 meters above sea level and is connected through underground channels with the Caspian Sea, the closest distance from the Caspian coast to the lake is 720 meters. The length of the lake from north to south is 87 meters, width from east to west is 54 meters.
The distance from the descent from the chink to the dip and further to the lake is two kilometers along a well-groomed path. The water in the lake fills in spring and dries up in June, bitterly salty, not drinkable, the density of the water in it allows the human body to stay afloat.
The lake is fed by a small boggy spring with potable water. About a hundred years ago, people lived near the spring, as evidenced by a dilapidated well and several well-equipped caves nearby. In the south of the lake there is a unique natural attraction of Mangyshlak - the Zhygylgan Gap, a kilometer to the south of Lake Kuzdakary there are stone blocks with traces of prehistoric animals.
Geographic coordinates of Lake Kuzdakary: N44 ° 37'21.10 "E50 ° 49'34.10".
