Obelisk of Seitkulu Mamanuly (Kypshak Seitkul) is located at an altitude of 140 meters above sea level, is located on the territory of the Albarboget rural district, in the village of Kokalat, 50 meters northeast of the Kokalat secondary school, in the Dzhangeldy district of the Kostanay region.
The obelisk was erected in 1965. Mamanuly Seytkul (Kypshak Seytkul) (1770 - 1830) - a well-known farmer. He is a descendant of Torah Kypshak. Having traveled many places, he finally decided to settle in the Torgai steppe, in the valley of the Kabyrga river.
He brought to Turgai and began to sow seeds of wheat, millet, melon, watermelon, pumpkin, raisins, grapes. Under his leadership, the number of families in the region engaged in agriculture increased from 30 to 400.
His life formed the basis of Ibray Altynsarin's story "Kypshak Seyitkul". Kypshak Seytkul died in 1830 in the town of Karabidayik, Dzhangeldy district. In the village of Kokalat, an obelisk to Kypshak Seytkulu was erected.
