Ikichat glaciers are located on eastern slope of Kuylyu-Too ridge, in area between Uchkel and Kuylyu rivers, in upper reaches of Terekta River, in Ak-Suu region, in southeast of Issyk-Kul region. Glaciers Ikichat and Ikichat South are the main sources forming the Ikichat River, which adjoins the Terekty River on the left.
After 9.6 kilometers from the beginning of its sources, the Ikichat tributary, 8.9 kilometers long, flows into the Terekty River from the left. The Ikichat River is located on the southern slope of the Terekty gorge. In the upper reaches of the river there are two extensive glaciers: Ikichat and Ikichat South, located on the eastern slope of the Kuilyu-Too ridge.
The mouth of the Ikichat River is located at an altitude of 3098 meters above sea level.
Ikichat Glacier. The glacier is located on the eastern slope of the gorge of the same name, with three branches located in the center of the glaciation of the Kuilyu-Too ridge. The area of the glacier is 11.07 square kilometers, the perimeter of the glacier reaches 23.17 kilometers.
The length of the glacier is 5.86 kilometers. The upper boundary of the glacier is located at an altitude of 4948 and 4783 meters above sea level. The end of the glacier is located at an altitude of 3778 meters above sea level.

Glacier Ikichat South. The glacier is located on the eastern slope of the gorge of the same name, with three branches located in the center of the glaciation of the Kuilyu-Too ridge. The area of the glacier is 9.32 square kilometers, the perimeter of the glacier reaches 28.54 kilometers.
The length of the glacier is 4.54 kilometers. The upper boundary of the glacier is located at an altitude of 4633 and 4607 meters above sea level. The end of the glacier is located at an altitude of 3946 meters above sea level.
