Hot springs in mountains of Zailiyskiy Alatau.

Hot spring "Gorelnik" is located at an altitude of 1904 meters above sea level, is located on left, eastern slope of Maloalmatinsky gorge, on northern slope of Zailiyskiy Alatau ridge, 53 meters from right bank of Malaya Almatinka River, 18.5 kilometers to east of Almaty, between high-mountain skating rink "Medeu" and ski resort "Shymbulak" in Medeu district of Almaty. 
Hot waters of the spring are formed at the depth of tectonic faults and are characterized by fresh hydrocarbonate-sulphate-sodium waters with a mineralization of 0.12 - 0.14 g / l and a temperature of 20 - 22 ° C. The waters contain radon, silicic acid and hydrogen sulfide.
The water flows out of a well 250 meters deep, while the self-flowing waters have a flow rate of 800 m³ / day. Before the renovation, this place was a pipe from which water from a thermal spring flowed. Now everything here has been transformed.
For convenience, the pipe was raised and a wooden platform was installed. Nearby are two fonts: one with warm water from the spring, the second - with mountain water. Those wishing to swim can now change clothes in special cabins and leave their things on cozy wooden cascades.
There is also a sports ground, various horizontal bars and parallel bars are installed. The renovation was completed in 2016.
