Amir Abdullahad (d. 1910) occupied the Bukhara throne in 1885 after the death of his father with the support of the royal authorities. Russia's intervention neutralized the claims to the throne of his elder brother Abd al-Malik, supported by the government of British India.
Amir Abdullahad held an honorable place in the Russian hierarchy, he had the military rank of cavalry general, the court rank of adjutant general. According to the Russian court etiquette, the amirs of Bukhara, as crowned heads, had the title of “luminosity” and stood above the grand dukes.
