Bugyly II - a settlement of the Bronze Age (XIV - XI century BC), 1.5 km north of the settlement of Bugyly in the Shetsky district of the Karaganda region, on the right bank of the Shopa River (a tributary of the Cherubainury), at the north - the eastern foot of Mount Buguly.
In 1961 - 1963, the settlement of Bugyly II was investigated by the Central Kazakhstan archaeological expedition under the leadership of A. Margulan. The extensive complex consists of structures of various types and times. Belongs to the epochs of late bronze and early nomads.
The settlement investigated 12 objects. Quadrangular stone fences, dug vertically into the ground, boxes of granite slabs, earthen embankments of rounded shape, framed by stones. Fragments of ceramic with ornaments, stone shares and other tools, animal bones were found.
Residents were engaged in cattle breeding, agriculture, hunting, and copper smelting; manufactured the necessary household items from wool, leather, clay, bone.
