Zhambyl region is of particular importance for the country, a rich history. It was in these parts 550 years ago between the Talas and Shu rivers that the Sultans Kerey and Zhanibek founded the Kazakh Khanate. The 30-meter monument, revealing the historical significance of the formation of the Kazakh Khanate, is installed in the western part of the city, opposite the new Taraz Arena Sports Palace.
The sculptural composition is revealed from distant approaches and is the dominant feature of the landscape panorama.
