The monument of monumental art to Sabit Mukanov was erected in a public garden in 2000 at the intersection of Mukanov and Tole bi streets in the Almaly district. On the site, lined with rectangular tiles, a three-stage stylobate was built.
The pedestal is rectangular in the form of a prismatic stela flanking it with narrow rectangular plates. On the front side, a text is carved with a shallow relief. The bust of the writer is cast from bronze. The height of the monument is 2.0 meters.
