The Semyonov and Mushketov glaciers are located on the northern slope of the Sary-Djaz ridge, and the Northern Inylchek glacier at the bottom of the southern slope. In the ridge part there are small glaciers. The Tyz pass is used to drive flocks of sheep.
The total area of glaciation is more than 525 square kilometers, over 300 glaciers, on the northern slope of the ridge are located - the Semyonov and Mushketov glaciers - the sources of the Sary-Djaz river. On the southern slopes there are over 20 short tributaries of the North Inulcjek glacier and about 20 independent glaciers.

The North Inylchek glacier, 32.8 kilometers long, with an area of 90.7 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3400 to 6995 meters above sea level, belongs to the Sary-Jaz river basin.
The Mushketov Glacier, 20.5 kilometers long, with an area of 33.6 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3440 to 5490 meters above sea level, belongs to the basin of the Sary-Jaz River.
The Semenov Glacier, 20.2 kilometers long, 35.1 square kilometers in area, is located at an altitude of 3340 to 5820 meters above sea level, belongs to the Sary-Jaz river basin
Glacier No. 113, 7.3 kilometers long, with an area of 9.1 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3460 to 5580 meters above sea level, belongs to the Sary-Jaz river basin.
Glacier No. 66, 6.7 kilometers long, with an area of 9.5 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3700 to 438 meters above sea level, belongs to the Sary-Jaz river basin.
Glacier No. 107, 6.0 kilometers long, 11.0 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3450 to 5580 meters above sea level, belongs to the basin of the Sary-Jaz river.
Glacier No. 61, 6.0 kilometers long, an area of 7.3 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3500 to 4500 meters above sea level, belongs to the basin of the Sary-Jaz River.
Glacier No. 72, with a length of 5.6 kilometers, an area of 7.8 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3720 to 4350 meters above sea level, belongs to the basin of the Sary-Jaz river.
Glacier No. 77, with a length of 5.6 kilometers, an area of 6.2 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3580 to 4420 meters above sea level, belongs to the basin of the Sary-Jaz river.
Glacier No. 115, with a length of 5.4 kilometers, an area of 5.7 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3420 to 5360 meters above sea level, belongs to the basin of the Sary-Jaz River.

Glacier No. 40, 5.2 kilometers long, with an area of 1.4 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3400 to 5580 meters above sea level, belongs to the Sary-Jaz river basin.

The Bayankol Glacier, 4.9 kilometers long, with an area of 6.9 square kilometers, is located at an altitude of 3420 to 5790 meters above sea level, belongs to the Tekes River basin.
