Cable way "Left Talgar" is located at an altitude of 2973 to 3163 meters above sea level, is located in upper reaches of Sauryksay gorge and partly on Bolshoy Talgarsky pass at an altitude of 3163 meters above sea level, on northern slope of Zailiysky Alatau ridge, in Medeusky of city of Almaty.
In December 2012, the Ukrainian company "Poltava-SKI" from the city of Poltava completed the installation and electrical installation of the "Levyi Talgar" cableway in the Sauryksay gorge. The installation of the cable sling, commissioning of the 4-seater chairlift LEITNER CF4 in the immediate vicinity of the Bolshoy Talgarsky Pass were completed.
The cable way is located 23 kilometers southeast of Almaty, in the picturesque gorge of the Zailiysky Alatau. A single-cable ring road with a fixed composition, 894 meters long, the difference in height of the cable way from the upper to the lower stations is 190 meters, the capacity is 2112 people per hour, the number of chairs is 106 pieces, the number of supports is 7.
Ski trails with exotic names are laid: Uncle Bogdanovich, Green Glade and Sunny Valley.
