"Language is one of the primary prerequisites for the existence of any nation as a historical subject. Each nation is valuable in itself. Each nation, big or small, longs to be eternal, and this is its natural right. And for this, the language of the people must live and take root on its soil, and other languages must flourish next to it, and may fate not allow any language to remain in the world in complete solitude, having absorbed all the others, for such a state of affairs could mean only one thing - the global degradation of the human spirit, foreshadowing the imminent end of the world. And at the same time, humanity cannot do without supporting languages, on which the bridges of cultures and civilizations rest, languages that summarize world thought."
