“According to this list, order temporary works from the sculptor, at least made of plaster or concrete. It is important that they are accessible to the masses, so that they catch the eye. It is important that they are somewhat resistant to our climate, so that they do not become soggy, or are damaged by wind, frost and rain. Of course, on the pedestals you can make clear short inscriptions about who it was.”
